  • 75 grams strawberries frozen
  • 140 grams mango cubes frozen
  • 500 ml greek yogurt unsweetened
  • 5 ml chia seeds approximately 1 teaspoon
  • 5 ml honey to taste

Smoothie bowl toppings

  • 6 Fresh blackberries
  • 4 fresh strawberries
  • 15 ml toasted almonds
  • 30 ml toasted coconut flakes
  • Edible flowers optional

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker and blend until smooth.
