This mango and orange aguas frescas is a cool and refreshing blend of mango, green tea, honey and lime over orange ice cubes that will have you craving more.

Ingredients
  

  • 250 ml ripe mangoes peeled and pitted and cut into chunks (approximately 1 cup)
  • 500 ml iced green tea unsweetened (approximately 2 cups)
  • 5 ml lime juice approximately 1 teaspoon
  • 15 ml honey or stevia to taste approximately 1 tablespoon
  • 125 ml orange juice made into ice cubes approximately 1/2 cup

Instructions
 

  • Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass filled with orange juice ice cubes.
  • Garnish with a sprig of mint or a wedge of lime.

Notes

You may add more ice tea if the blended beverage is too thick, but remember that the ice blocks will further dilute the mixture as they melt and also dilute the flavor.
