I have loved moist blueberry muffins since the very first time my mother brought home a pack from the food market of a department store that she loved to shop at.

My search for the perfectly moist blueberry muffin started after tasting a tough and tasteless excuse at a bakery shop in Mall of the Emirates. At first nothing tickled my fancy, until I noticed the perfectly domed blueberry muffins peaking at me from the second shelf of the display.

Greek yogurt and Granola breakfast bowl

If getting up for work in the morning and making breakfast seems like too much effort, then this delicious and creamy Greek yogurt and Granola breakfast bowl is just for you. Greek yogurt is topped with luxurious homemade granola, berries and edible flowers and is as pretty as it is delicious.

Since perfecting my Easy Homemade Granola, I’ve been having it for breakfast at least three times a week in a Greek yogurt and Granola breakfast bowl. Sometimes I add berries, sometimes banana slices or sometimes I enjoy it with only a handful of pomegranate arils.

I must confess… I would rather lie in for an extra thirty minutes every morning than get up and make breakfast, despite the fact that I love a good breakfast. With my Overnight Dairy Free Muesli and Oats, I managed to exclude many potential sources of inflammation, while having a delicious make ahead breakfast that I can grab and go in the morning.

This Overnight Dairy Free Muesli and Oats combines the creaminess of almond and coconut milk with sweet raisins, raspberries and pomegranate and the crunch of hazelnuts and pumpkin seeds.

Almond and coconut breakfast pancakes

I confess… I love pancakes for breakfast with berries and mascarpone cream; with veal bacon, smashed avocado and eggs or with labneh, black seed and honey. Being gluten sensitive has made it necessary for me to find an alternative to using wheat flours to prevent being all achy for days afterward.
